We support the quick recovery of important equipment by making full use of the accumulated experience, data and skills.
Regular inspection of production equipment and Hirata robots
In order to prevent breakdowns of production equipment and robots, and maintain an efficient production system, we perform regular inspections of robots, peripheral devices and overhauls on site.
Regular maintenance and inspection will prevent failure.
In order to use the equipment in a better condition, please use our regular inspections and overhauls.
Depending on the result of the inspection, we will propose replacement parts for the next inspection and reserve of spare parts.
Life of equipment and parts
1. Initial failure period
It occurs in the early stages of operation and introduction, such as potential design mistakes and defects during manufacturing.
2. Accidental failure period
Defects that occurred during the initial failure period are removed, and the period becomes stable. However, it is difficult for a failure to be "0", and it occurs accidentally or suddenly.
More stable operation can be performed by extending this period for maintenance (preventive maintenance / predictive maintenance).
3. Wear failure period
The failure rate increases after the accidental failure period, because parts have reached the end of their life due to wear, deterioration, and fatigue.
